Communications Parameter File (-cp)

Use Communications Parameter File (-cp) to override preset connection parameters for auto-connect databases.

com-parms, filename

The database connection parameters or parameter file.

Communications parameters supplied with the -cp parameter override any connection information stored in the Progress metaschema field _Db-comm in the _Db file record for the database.
